Vekaja Corp is committed to deliver your pieces as soon as possible. In some occasions, due to the large volume of orders we receive, some ordered piece may be exhausted before we can communicate it to the website. In case of happening, we will contact the client immediately. If in 24 hours we do not receive a response, the difference will be settled as a credit balance in your account.
The shipment will be borne by the customer, Vekaja Corp disclaims any responsibility in relation to the shipment. The client will give all the pertinent indications in this regard and will be responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the information provided (destination address, delivery company, insurance use, etc).
Shipping charges are stipulated at the time of delivery and will be charged before making the same, depending on the cost of the modality of the same and destination.
The Vekaja Corp customer service will contact you to give you the shipping and tracking information (shipping number).
Once the merchandise is placed in the care of the delivery company chosen by the buyer, Vekaja Corp is not responsible for delays, damages or losses.
All transactions are considered as completed, once the tracking number or tracking number has been delivered (tracking number).
RETURNS AND CHANGES
Orders can be returned within 8 days after receipt date that will be included in the shipping tracking. The parts must be returned in the same packing conditions that were sent, without having been used, free from damage or alterations and in their respective bag with the part code. The credit issued will not include the return shipping costs, since they will be paid by the customer.
The pieces that show that they have been used, altered or are without their proper bag of the original code, will not be accepted as returns.
If within a period of 8 days after the dispatch, no notification has been received from the customer, we will assume that the order has been completely satisfactory.
It is recommended for security that the returns are made using FedEx, UPS, USPS Express or Priority Mail and that the contents of the package are not declared as jewels. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer and run on their own. Once the returned merchandise has been received and its status verified, Vekaja Corp will proceed to issue the credit.
We recommend you inspect your merchandise after receiving it. If there is any damage please, communicate it within 24 hours, via email to email@example.com, placing as the subject of the mail: “Damaged Merchandise”, and explaining in the text the condition of the merchandise. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
It is important to keep in mind that the pieces purchased at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
To make the return you must send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the order number and the name of the buyer in the matter of the same, in this way you will receive the Authorization number of your Refund and can proceed to your shipment Return or return to the following address: Vekaja Corp. 2475 NW 16th Street RD Apt512. If you wish to cancel your order, immediately contact the Customer Service, so that it does not go through the sending phase and provide you with your Authorization number for Cancellation of Order and so you can proceed with your refund. If the order is canceled outside the established period (24 hours maximum), a fee of 30% of the total value of the order will be charged.
